SIMBAD references

We describe the Joint Milli Arcsecond Pathfinder Survey (JMAPS) Observations Planning Simulator (JOPS), a software simulation and mission planning tool designed to simulate all the observations for a 3 yr, all-sky, space-based astrometric and photometric survey mission JMAPS. JOPS provides an optimized spatial and temporal distribution of observations given a large number of constraints. The results of our simulations reported here demonstrate the powerful capabilities of the simulator.
