SIMBAD references

We report here on the δ Scuti pulsation characteristics of low-amplitude oscillations in the α Persei cluster star V459 Per. The 105 hr of high-quality light curves over 10 nights confirm the low-amplitude oscillation characteristics of V459 Per. Amplitude spectra indicate multiperiodic pulsation behavior, and two pulsation frequencies, f₁=22.4822 and f₂=28.0172 cycles/day, have been confidently identified. Two other frequency candidates, f₃=11.3212 and f₄=19.9229 cycles/day, were suggested with a confidence level of more than 60%. Pulsation constant values and frequency ratios imply that f₁ and f₂ pulsations are in nonradial p₁ and p₂ modes with l=1, f₃ is in agreement with a g₁ mode of l=2, and f₄ corresponds to a radial fundamental.
