Comparison of two `standard' uvby systems for metal-deficient red giants.

Abstract (from CDS):

It is concluded that two attempts to extend the Stroemgren uvby system to late-type, metal-deficient giants show systematic differences, especially in the c1 index. For these stars, calibrations of uvby photometry should be applied with care, although the available calibrations only depend weakly on c1.
